What happens in an appointment?

If wax is found, we can remove it there and then for a fee, if not we do the following to check the ears health:

We take a full ear history
Full examination of both ear canals and ear drums
Explanation to client of how our ears work (if appropriate)
Explanation if Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD) is found
Advice on ear skin care
Tympanometry if appropriate and advice on techniques/manoeuvres to improve ear functionality
Advise on ear care including maintenance to keep ear wax at bay.
